Proven Steam Turbine Generator (STG) design manufactured, assembled & tested in Shinko Hiroshima, Japan.
- All Shinko STG are tested with Live Steam before delivery to customers to ensure quality units are delivered to site. Preventing the need for on-site rectification for new STG units. Shinko also provides opportunity to customers to witness the STG testing in Shinko Factory.

Shinko multistage turbines have automatic multi-valve (3) (governor valve) control which ensures smooth operation from low-partial loads to max load. 3 valves open and close successively in 3 steps through Governor actuator lever and beam-lift construction, thus eliminating the need for hand operated nozzle valve. Almost no wearing down of governor valve stem shall occur.
- Rotor is of solid shaft build-up design where rotor wheel is machined to size instead of the conventional shrink-fitted design.
- Shaft sealed using labyrinth packing which are easily maintained and reduce down-time instead of carbon rings that will cause long down-time of STG when doing maintenance (metal spray at worn shaft surface, etc.). Assisted by steam driven steam ejector to prevent condensate from mixing with lubrication oil in non-steam sections.

- Maintenance free Flexible Disc Coupling is implemented. No need to re-grease or oiled.
- Duplex Oil Filter for Lubrication Oil
which allows for maintenance/cleaning of the filter without stopping the STG operation. 1 in use & 1 standby. Reusable/cleanable stainless-steel filter which does not need replacing. Thus, reducing maintenance costs.
